Liner cream coloured with stamp reading “Harrods Ltd., London.” Harrods is a department store located in London, England that was started by Charles Henry Harrod in 1824. This type of hat and others are still in production from Christy’s London, which is used for memorable days and racing events in the Royal Enclosure.
